Today we continued our shark study by folding our chomping Great White shark puppets, gluing on a dorsal fin, drawing his scary teeth, and painting him all gray. Tomorrow we will add some finishing touches.
We will also start drawing, cutting out and decorating our 40-foot requin-baleine (whale shark). He's the biggest fish in the world and he ranges between 12 and 15 m long. We had to measure out our paper in the hallway! Mme Boyko said we could post him on the long wall by the office so all the other kids can see him when we are finished. Can you believe how long he is?!
